  • Manage administration of tax, investments, benefits, and payroll.

  • Deep emotional intelligence throughout the myriad scenarios in a complex evolving social and professional business.

  • Extensive experience with foreign cultures with an emphasis on maintaining total integrity amid lapses in compatibility and culture.

  • Ability to navigate conflict and maintain triangulation of goals despite adversity or distractions.

  • Ex-military experience highly preferred but not required.

  • Prior business and entrepreneurial venture preferred but not required.
